The Challenges
The building has been designed as reinforced concrete framed tructure with Ten Stories in Tanga, Six Stories for Dar es Salaam & Mbeya, Four stories for Dodoma and Two stories for the other regions. The construction works for 20 regions have been completed and handed over to the client, the remaining one still in progress.
