The company has a Board of Directors which constitutes Three Members, two female and one male.
The day-to-day activities are carried out through supervision of a Managing Director, assisted by the Departmental Heads. The departments are spitted into three key areas namely;
- Technical Department.
- Administration & Finance Department, and
- Marketing Department
